Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions

All equipment will normally be delivered by Ace Discos to your home,office or venue. It will be set up and demonstrated to your satisfaction. We will also dismantle it and collect it from you either immediately after use or more usually the next day. Our driver will ask for a HOLDING DEPOSIT against loss or damage. This may be paid either by a single (Limited or PLC) company cheque, cash, or two or more £100 personal cheques (total £200) each with a separate date and each supported by a banker's card. You may also prepay this HOLDING DEPOSIT with a debit or credit card. This is in addition to the balance of our hire fee or total hiring fee if a prior deposit has not been paid, which is payable in CASH ONLY upon delivery.

Our driver will ask for THREE separate forms of identity which should show the name and address of the hiring company or individual, i.e. Driving license, Building Society book, or Household Bill, etc.

1. Any repairs or missing items will also be chargeable by Ace Discos to the client.

2. Equipment will not be hired to persons under the age of 18 without prior consent.

3. Great care should be taken with all of our equipment, none of which should be used in a reckless or dangerous manner.

4. Ace Discos cannot be held responsible for harm done to persons or property as a result of using the equipment. Any hire is undertaken at the customers own risk.

5. Booking deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation within 7 days of the function. In addition the full hiring fee will become payable for cancellations made on the day of delivery.
