Venue is probably the first thing you need to organise; has the place you’re looking at got the ‘wow factor’? Will it really make an impact on your guests?

You’ve got to consider the impact it will have and how long your guests will be talking about your party afterwards; if it’s not etched in their memory then this defnitely lacks the wow factor.


It’s the boring bit of party planning but unfortunately you have to think about the logistics. Do you need to arrange alternative parking facilities?

Has the venue you’ve chosen got a big enough capacity for your guests; you’ll need to draw up your guest list prior to this!


Once you’ve got the space, think about what you are going to do with it! It’s all well and good inviting hundreds of people but consider what they will fill their time with and think carefully about your audience.
